油企利润高为何还要调价
国家发改委负责人解释，调整价格主要是为了保障供应。他说，除了几大石油企业，还有一部分地方的炼油厂负责供应成品油。例如中石化、中石油、中海油等大公司，可以通过上下游产业来平衡利润，但这些地方炼油厂没有上游产业，如果不调价，生产积极性就会受影响，直接影响到部分地区成品油供应，所以，仍要坚持成品油定价机制。
我国油价比美国高？
国家发改委负责人称，也注意到网上有网友将国内的油价与美国作比较，称我国油价高于美国。他说，成品油的销售价格分为“裸价”和“税”，各个国家税是不一样的。按销售价格算，美国全国平均6.38元人民币），加州7.02元人民币（均按现行汇率计算），略低于我国，但如果按不含税的价格算，全美平均5.64元人民币，我国为4.66元，还是低于美国的。且我国的油价远远低于欧洲，可以说，除了产油国，我国成品油的不含税价格是最低的。
